Returns
•Eligibility: Items must be returned in unworn condition, and in the original packaging.
•Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return
1.Email us at info@solesationalshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.We will provide you with a return label for a fee of $7.95 and shipping instructions.
3.Ship your item using the provided label.
Refunds
•Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
•Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
•Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
•We currently do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@solesationalshop.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the matter.
